At Sphantify, we want you to shop with confidence. We work closely with our trusted manufacturers and suppliers to deliver high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


âś… Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return, refund, or replacement under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. 
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive an incorrect item, we will send the correct one or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the stated shipping timeframe, please contact us. 
  • After confirmation from our suppliers and logistics partners, we will refund or resend the item.

Quality Issues

If the product quality differs significantly from the product description, we may offer a partial refund or replacement.


❌ Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Orders still in transit but within the normal shipping timeframe.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Returns requested simply because the customer no longer wants the item (“buyer’s remorse”).

⏳ Timeframe for Requests

  • All return/refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

  • Email us at info@sphantify.com or support@sphantify.com  with: your order number, a description of the issue, photos and video evidence.
  • Our team will review the case with our suppliers.
  • If approved, you’ll receive instructions for the return or confirmation of your refund/replacement.

đź’ł Refund Method

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • ·         Please do not send returns to the courier company or the sender address on the package.
  •         All returns must be pre-approved by our team and our suppliers.
  •         Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
